Bellevue EMS covers all of Bellevue townships (cities) and Tete Des Mortes. Including parts of Prairie Springs (LaMotte), Richland, Perry (Andrew), Jackson (Springbrook), Washington.

In cooperation with the area First Responders Bellevue EMS is also the transporting agency for parts of Andrew, LaMotte, and Springbrook Fire districts

Covering a total of 165 square miles.
